The law
firm of Hotz, Weaver, Flood, Breitkreutz & Grant is a general
partnership which has been in existence since 1995, but traces its
roots back to 1912, when William J. Hotz established his law practice
in Omaha. In 1945, William J. Hotz added his son, William J. Hotz,
Jr. to the law firm and the Hotz firm continued. Edward D. Hotz
eventually joined that firm in 1975.
Today, the firm’s lawyers practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, workers’ compensation, representation of religious and other non-profit institutions, trusts and estates, and family law. The firm is an AV-rated law firm and its lawyers are licensed in the States of Nebraska and Iowa, as well as the Federal Courts in the States of Nebraska and Iowa |
